The Public Service & Utilities Committee is a Standing Committee of City Council as established by the Rules of Council approved on March 11, 2021. This Committee assumed the duties of the previously existing Traffic Commission, Wellhead Protection Committee, and Stormwater Advisory Committee and will review matters involving streets; the City's water, sewer, and stormwater systems and utilities; and the City's closed landfill. The Council members appointed by Council President Wesley Smith to serve on this Committee are as follows: Council Vice President Will Urschel (Chair), Councilman Thomas Scrivens, and Councilman Cody Brannum. These meetings are open to the public.
