City of Xenia issued the following announcement on Feb 23.
The City of Xenia will be changing to Invoice Cloud for its Utility Billing payment processor as part of our transition to our new utility billing software, BS&A Online. Invoice Cloud offers many payment options including Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more!
In the meantime, customers can pay bills in person at 107 E. Main Street or via a phone payment through PSN (until March 1st). After March 1st, phone payments will also transition to Invoice Cloud.
