City of Green, Ohio issued the following announcement on Sept. 11.
The City of Green is partnering with RiteAid to provide flu shots* to eligible Green residents on Wednesday, September 30 and Saturday, October 10 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the John Torok Community & Senior Center, 4224 Massillon Rd.
The event on Wednesday, September 30 will be exclusively for Green seniors age 65+. Saturday, October 10 is open to Green residents of all ages. A scheduled appointment is required as space is limited. To make an appointment, please call the City of Green Parks and Recreation office at (330) 896-6621.
Masks are required and social distancing must be followed.
*A valid insurance card or red, white and blue Medicare card is required.
